Hi. I'm Nikolaos Petroulakis and this is my personal web page.

I am a Research Scientist at the Telecommunications and Network Lab, Institute of Computer Sciences , Foundation for Research and Development - Hellas . I am also a part-time member of Computer Emergency Response Team of FORTH (FORTHcert) .

I hold a Diploma in Mathematics (2004) from the Mathematics Department at the National and Kapodistrian University of Athens and my MSc in “ Digital Communications” (2006) from the Department of Engineering and Design , University of Sussex , Brighton, UK.

Within FORTH-ICS I have participated in a variety of European and National projects. My research interests are in the area of network security, software defined networks, network function virtualization, wireless, mesh and ad-hoc networks, wireless sensor networks, network security and cognitive radios.
